The Birkenstock Arizona Soft Footbed – Oiled Leather is a genuine classic that has been delighting people for decades. This simple sandal with two straps stands for timeless design and has long held cult status thanks to its comfort factor. With its additional foam layer, the soft footbed offers extra comfort and pampers feet – all day long. The upper is made from extra thick, oiled nubuck leather with an open-selvage finish.
Birkenstock uses the term Waxy leather and Oiled leather interchangeably and may arrive marked as either.

The soft footbed features a foam layer inserted between the cork layer and suede liner. Microscopic air bubbles cushion your feet while providing moderate arch support.
Birkenstock’s contoured footbed offers firm stable support, a neutral stance with room for toes to stretch and spread, and a natural walking motion that encourages optimal toe movement and blood flow. This is the foundation of active recovery.
Anatomically correct footbed is crafted from 100% renewable and sustainable cork.
A natural variation in color can occur with oiled leathers.
Raised toe bar is designed to encourage the natural gripping motion of your feet.
Neutral heel profile and deep heel cup keeps your heel secure while distributing your body weight more evenly.
Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) outsole offers lightweight, shock absorbing support.
Heat Warning: Cork and EVA can be damaged by exposure to concentrated heat. Do not leave in direct sunlight or in hot cars. If footwear becomes wet, allow to air dry. Do not apply direct heat.
